DISSONANCE

In Hexagram Theory, any line relationship that does not create harmony (i.e. 1/4) or resonance (i.e. 1/1) in relationship to another line, is considered in dissonance. There is a conflict or incongruity between the two lines (i.e. 2/3 or 1/6). (see Harmony and Resonance)

Lines, Colors and Tones each have six variations in three potential relationships.
