The Manifesting Generator is neither a Manifestor nor a separate Type. It is a sub group of Generator.
The two Types of Generator are the pure Generator (Throat is not defined to a Motor) and the Manifesting Generator (the Throat is connected to a Motor). In both cases, the Sacral Center is defined and the strategy is the same. There are, of course, differences, not in making a decision but how the decision is implemented.
