The Neutrino Stream is the information base of our evolutionary program. We are penetrated on Earth, second by second, by untold trillions of Neutrinos, everywhere, all the time. 70% come from the Sun and the rest from the stellar field and can be altered by the interposition of the Planets or the Moon.
