The Splenic Center is the first and oldest awareness center. Biologically it is associated with the immune system, the spleen, and the lymphatic system, and is the well being center of the BodyGraph. It operates existentially through three themes—instinct, intuition and taste. The not-self strategy of the undefined splenic center is to hold on to things that are not good for you.
