The Throat Center is the most complex Center with eleven Gates, each metamorphic and an expression of thyroid function. The Throat is the center of manifestation. Manifesting is action as the result of the Throat being connected by continuous definition to any of the body's four motors except the Sacral. Manifesting is also speech as a result of the Throat being defined. The not-self strategy of the open Throat center is to try to attract attention.
