In terms of the actual life that you live on this plane on earth there is no other planet that is more important to you.
Venus is going to establish in your chart — the gate and the line that it sits in — what the essential morals for your life are. In other words, what is the fundamental morality that you must live by whether that is your relationship morality or aesthetic morality.
Long before we had laws that were written down, we needed to have a communal recognition of what was morally correct for our group. This is the work of Venus. Venus determines what the theme of that morality is going to be depending on where it sits in the chart.
